Repositioning a legacy brand
Bathroom Design needed repositioning from a bathroom retailer to a broader lifestyle and interiors brand, introducing new verticals including saunas, fireplaces, and complementary premium products. Campaign photography & videography by Dutch studios (@itsdutchstudios)

We led a structured 3-year growth plan under fractional CMO leadership, coordinating multiple third parties while aligning brand, marketing, and commercial priorities. The expansion was deliberate, protecting brand equity while opening new revenue streams.
